At the end of Episode 6 “Flatbush”, we were left on the revelation that Bash is Priscilla, the woman Charles is texting on Last Gasp. Interesting, what the previsouly on Murders in the buidling decides to show us, don’t you think? Jay will be back, so will be the Mayor.
I love Keegan-Michael Key, his acting is amazing. I really can’t tell if the Mayor is fishy or just wonky. Anyhow, seems he’s on board with Bash being the murderer our trio is looking for.

10 minutes in and another revelation we couldn’t expect: Romy, the Mayor’s assistant, is Bash’s niece! We also learn Bash gave the Mayor money to campaign, and now has the Mayor in his pocket. But he could also try to push the trio in the wrong direction, we’ve seen that before…
Our chaotic trio finds Bash hidden estate and enter to find the billionaires are… playing Operation and other boardgames for a cheap trophy. They first stay to watch them play, and when they separate, they each follow their billionaires – Charles with Bash, Oliver with Camila and of course, Mabel with Jay.

Charles confronts Bash about catfishing him on Last Gap (after an always weird discussion between Oliver and Camila). The sparks between Jay and Mabel is always fun to watch. And as Jay points out, they could just be bored, rich people!
Against all odds, Mabel and Charles win the Celebrity game (thanks to Oliver always rumblings about Broadway) and discover the billionnaires are playing to know which one can build the first ever casino in NY. No link to the murder our trio is investigating? Think again: turns out the trophy is hidding the missing finger.

The trio leaves with the finger, but Camila soon comes to collect it. Camila’s dream casino is the Arconia, and she was the one offering an insane amount of money to buy Oliver’s appartment.
